Brace yourself for the next round of Bieber Fever.

Justin Bieber, the Canadian pop sensation who had already sold more than 15 million albums worldwide by the time he turned 18 two months ago, will soon release his next disc, Believe, due June 19. Naturally, he plans to tour behind it — and the outing arrives in Southern California shortly after it launches from Arizona on Sept. 29.

The Bieb and his reshaped hair will appear twice at Staples Center, Oct. 2-3, preceded by the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas on Sept. 30 and followed by stops in Fresno and Oakland on Oct. 5 and 6, respectively. Theoretically that means there’s time for an extra date, or even two — but I wouldn’t count on it.

Fellow Canuck Carly Rae Jepsen — who, like Bieber, recently appeared at KIIS-FM’s Wango Tango at Home Depot Center — will open all dates.

Tickets go on sale first to fan club members (join here) starting at noon today, May 23. And from May 24 through May 31, American Express card-holders will have a chance to score tickets ahead of the general on-sale, which begins June 2. Prices: $39.50-$89.50.

A number of VIP packages also will be offered, often including meet-and-greet moments, autographed memorabilia, exclusive merchandise and more. Click here for more about that. Also, $1 from each ticket will be donated to Pencils of Promise, a charity working to build schools and increase educational opportunities in the developing world. Their goal is to build 15 schools around the world for needy children.

Meanwhile, Bieber is also among the A-list names who have been tapped to perform at the Teen Choice Awards 2012, July 22 at Gibson Amphitheatre. Also expected: No Doubt, in one of the band’s first appearances ahead of their first album in 11 years (due Sept. 25). Rapper Flo Rida and DJ Pauly D will be in the mix as well, with more stars to be added. Tickets, $65-$330, go on sale Saturday, May 26, at 10 a.m.

Also at Gibson: Shaila Durcal y Mariachi Vargas de Tecalitlan, Aug. 18, $40-$150, on sale Thursday at 1 p.m.; and Japanese hard-rock outfit B’z, Oct. 7, $30-$95.75, on sale Saturday at 10 a.m.

And one more gig to add: Neon Trees, the Utah group that just issued its sophomore album Picture Show, will headline July 30 at the Wiltern, with Penguin Prison and jjamz opening, $20, on sale Thursday at 10 a.m.
